Síntesis

Estudio de cohorte comparativo (n=1640 veteranos en ED) que evaluo Safety Planning Intervention + follow-up telefonico vs usual care. SPI+ se asocio con ~50% menos conducta suicida a 6 meses y mayor adherencia a tratamiento ambulatorio. Es el estudio mas grande sobre SPI a la fecha; la generalizacion a adolescentes requiere precaucion, pero apuntala el componente.
