Cohorte CDC EEUU N=1,116 MIS-C vs 539 COVID severo. MIS-C: pico 4-6 semanas postinfeccion, mediana 9 anos, predominio en menores con obesidad y minorias etnicas. Mortalidad <2%, secuelas cardiacas a 6 meses en 5-10%. La vacunacion reduce el riesgo de MIS-C en ~91%.
