Síntesis

RCT LEAP fundacional (n=640 bebes 4-11m con eczema severo o alergia al huevo). Introduccion regular de mani redujo alergia al mani a los 5 anos en 81% vs evitacion (1.9% vs 13.7% en SPT negativo; 10.6% vs 35.3% en SPT positivo). Cambio paradigmatico en prevencion primaria de alergia alimentaria.
