Síntesis
Cluster RCT in Australia (n=698 first-time mothers, infants 4-6 months at
enrolment). NOURISH: anticipatory guidance on responsive feeding (parent
decides what/when, child decides whether/how-much; avoid food-as-reward,
avoid pressure to eat). At 2 years, intervention group showed lower
rates of food avoidance and pressuring feeding practices, with modest
BMI z-score advantage. Demonstrates that early responsive-feeding
intervention is feasible and changes parent practice; effects on long-
term obesity require longer follow-up.
